The main entrance leads to the open-plan living and dining area with large glass walls leading to the pool area. To the right, the fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen also features huge glass walls that overlook the outdoor dining area, next to the pool.
A few steps separate the kitchen from the bedroom, which includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has independent access to a small private area.
The furnishings and fittings throughout the property are of the highest quality. Trani stone floors, subtle lighting, chic furnishings, modern ironwork wall art, and strategically placed horizontal windows create a sophisticated aesthetic.
Outside
Thanks to the two sets of doors in the living room and kitchen, as well as the French window in the bedroom, the interior becomes the exterior and vice versa at Riccio Bianco! This impression is reinforced by the clean and clear design on the outside: the soft white shades of the Tuffo stones of the house and the exterior paving identical to the interior.
Beyond the dry stone walls, the brown earth and the green leaves of the olive trees form a buffer with the outside world so that the residents at Villa Riccio Bianco enjoy a privileged feeling of well-being and tranquility.
